Our Bell Service is a natural extension of our valet parking service and hotels can benefit greatly by outsourcing their bellman operations. Our bell service will not only assist guests with valet parking and room delivery, we will also be showing each guests the hotels amenities and assisting them with their transportation needs through our executive transportation service.
Additionally, we incorporate technology which allows for a smooth, fair and accountable bell desk operation. The system automatically assigns fronts fairly and without bias. VIP bellman requests that need immediate handling are moved to the top of the list for rapid service. Fronts are grouped together based on intelligent logic, and the system also accommodates minor services such as deliveries and laundry. Complete records of each transaction are maintained in the history database, and easily accessible by management.
Front Door Service
Our Front Door service provides our clients with an Ambassador that serves as a personal assistant for our guests and goes the extra mile to enhance and improve their overall arrival and departure experience. Our Door Person greets and engages with our guests in a professional and friendly manner, opens hotel doors and escorts guests to their destination, uses and facilitates name recognition via radio, assists with luggage, opens vehicle doors and assists with traffic flow when necessary, arranges transportation, provides directions, recommendations, and makes reservations.
